Frequently asked questions
Service availability
Where is Reperbook available?
Reperbook is only offered in countries shown in the country dropdown when you create an account. That list is the official reference for supported terms of use and payment processing. It may change over time and can be a subset of all countries we may support in the future. At certain periods, new registrations may be limited to specific markets (for example Brazil, the United States, and Mexico)—only what appears in the signup list at that moment counts.
Plans and limits
What are Free, Solo, and Pro?
Free is for getting started with tight limits. Solo is for individual musicians who need higher limits (including more authored books and slides), presentation mode, and related features, via paid subscription. Pro adds professional publishing to the store, higher limits, and advanced features. Exact numbers are shown in the app and may change by region.
How do subscription billing cycles work?
Paid plans are billed on the period you choose at checkout (for example quarterly or annual) through our payment provider. Renewal and cancellation are handled in the billing portal or in-app flows where available.
Where can I see my current usage?
The app shows usage against your plan limits (books, slides, storage, print credits, etc.). Analytics may summarize usage depending on your plan.
Payments and subscriptions
How are payments processed?
Card and other methods available at checkout are processed by our payment partners. Amounts are shown in the currency for your region at checkout.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade or manage your subscription through the account or plan section when logged in, subject to provider rules.
Refunds and digital content
Can I get a refund for a subscription or digital book?
Digital services and content are often delivered immediately. Refund eligibility depends on what is shown at purchase and applicable law in your country. Check the checkout screen and these Terms for details.
Store and selling
Who can sell in the store?
Publishing and selling typically requires a Pro plan and passing the publication workflow. Fees and commissions are shown in seller tools or help content.
How do payouts work?
Payout schedules, minimum amounts, methods (e.g. bank transfer, Pix), and fees are defined in the financial area of the app. Always rely on the in-app numbers.
Copyright and content
Who owns my content?
You own what you create, subject to licenses you grant to Reperbook to run the service. You must only upload content you have rights to use.
How are disputes handled?
We may remove content reported under valid intellectual property notices. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account action.
Privacy and data
What data is collected?
We process account data, usage, device and sync data needed for the service, security, analytics, and payments. See the Privacy section in the Legal page for a summary.
How do I exercise privacy rights?
Contact us through in-app support. Rights vary by jurisdiction (access, deletion, portability, etc.).
Copyright and reporting
How do I report infringing content?
Use the Report infringement form on our website (Legal / Help). Include your contact details, a link to the Reperbook content, evidence of ownership or authorization, and a good-faith statement. We may remove or restrict content pending review.
Seller payouts and cooling-off
When do I receive money from a sale?
Amounts from a sale may be held until the buyer's statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period for that purchase has ended (and any refund request is resolved). You cannot receive those funds early just by requesting it—the schedule protects buyers and complies with applicable rules.
Can buyers get a refund during the cooling-off period?
Where the law and our checkout terms allow, buyers may request cancellation or refund during the legal period. Exact rules depend on country and product type.
