1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Reperbook, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of use of this application, including the Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically. It is essential that the user reads these conditions carefully and refers to them whenever necessary.
2. Object
Reperbook provides a platform for creating, selling, and purchasing presentation repertoire books, which may include song lyrics, chords, videos, audios, and other content. Users can create books and publish them in the app's store or purchase books created by other users.
3. User Registration and Responsibility
Registration in the application is free and requires providing information such as name, email, password, and country. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and all activities carried out under their account. Reperbook is not liable for any misuse of account information.
4. Intellectual Property
Reperbook respects copyright laws and is not responsible for the creation, publication, or distribution of copyrighted content that may be violated by users. If Reperbook receives a formal notification of copyright infringement, the content will be immediately removed. The user agrees to indemnify Reperbook in case of disputes arising from infringing content.
5. Monetization and Fees
Reperbook operates on a commission-based model to ensure fairness and scalability. There are no monthly subscription fees to use the platform or sell content.
- Variable Fees: Commission rates and transaction fees are variable and may differ based on your region, active promotions, or other factors.
- Transparency: Applicable fees will be clearly indicated at the time of transaction or within the administrative panel.
- Net Revenue: The creator receives the sale amount minus the applicable store commission and partner fees.
6. Advertising
To support the platform's free access, Reperbook displays internal advertisements in strategic areas such as the home screen and store. These ads may be targeted based on your geolocation to provide relevant content.
7. Boosts and Premium Features
Creators may optionally purchase "Boosts", which are premium features, enhancements, or tools designed to enhance the user experience. These may include, but are not limited to, increased visibility, commission reduction, or advanced content creation tools (e.g., AI assistance). Boosts are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically unless specified otherwise.
8. Content Usage Rights
Content purchased from the Reperbook store may be used by the buyer for personal, non-commercial purposes. The buyer may not distribute, sublicense, or modify the acquired books without the express permission of the content creator.
9. Payment Transfers
Accumulated balances from sales can be transferred to the user via bank transfer or Pix, provided the balance is at least $10 USD. The settlement period is monthly, with a cutoff date on the 1st of each month. Transfers for the previous month are processed and paid by the 10th of the current month, deducting applicable transfer fees.
10. Refund Policy
As digital products (books) and services (Boosts) are delivered or activated immediately upon purchase, Reperbook does not offer refunds.
11. User Support
Reperbook offers a digital support system via tickets, where users can create support tickets to clarify doubts and receive assistance related to the app's features and functionalities. Each ticket allows tracking the conversation history and the status of the request.
12. Limitation of Liability
Reperbook is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to access failures, content errors, or payment processing issues.
13. Changes to the Terms
Reperbook reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Notifications about changes will be sent via email or presented in the application.
14. Final Provisions
This agreement is governed by Brazilian laws and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Florianópolis, SC.
